Where Does Valiants Ship To?

We ship our product to most locations, across Canada. 

How Does Shipping Work?

Products may be shipped via UPS, or Purolator.

Typically orders received by Friday are shipped out the following week, although it can take up to two weeks to fulfill orders. 

The shipping option you choose during checkout reflects how your box is shipped once we sent it out.

All products are shipped frozen, in thermal packaging with ice packs. This will keep the product at an ideal temperature during its journey to you. The product will likely thaw during transit and can be refrozen once it arrives.

Pickup

We offer pickups in the south end of Barrie. 

Currently we offer pickups in the Farm Boy parking lot in Barrie's south end. Pickups are either on Thursday night between 5-6pm or Saturdays between 12-1pm. 

When your order is ready, you will receive a notification email from our system. We will then contact you via email or text to arrange a specific pickup time. 

Delivery

When your order is ready, you will receive a notification email from our system. Your order will be delivery within 2 days, generally between Thursday - Saturday. Once your order has been delivered you will receive a text confirmation as long as you have provided a cell number on your order.
