Get Valiant's Field Grown, plant-based products delivered to your doorstep!

• Orders are sent out in the sequence they are received
• We ship orders every Monday-Wednesday
• Typically, all orders received by Friday are shipped on the following week but can take up to two weeks to ship.
• We are a small team though, so processing times may take more than a week on occasion, especially during the winter or on holidays 
• We do not ship on Holidays and if your order is outside Ontario/Quebec this may mean your order will ship out the week following the holiday.
• We do not ship during heatwaves in the summer. We use high quality insulating material and ice packs but even that can't stand up to 30+ weather. Any order that is due to ship during a heat event will be held until after the heat event.
• Winter storms can affect delivery. Ice and Snow storms in our local shipping area could cause your order to be delayed until the following week.
• We send all orders via Expedited Shipping options, which refers to the method of shipping once the order is mailed out (not how fast we process your order!)
• Shipping times are calculated off of the date the order has been fulfilled, NOT the date the order has been placed. IE: 2 day shipping does not mean you will receive it 2 days after you place the order, but rather, 2 days after we fulfill the order.
• Valiant's Field Grown cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• Once an order has shipped, no changes can be made to the delivery address. Please ensure you have entered the address correctly at checkout
• If you are shipping to an apartment building, be sure to indicate the unit/buzzer number in the shipping address at checkout
• If your apartment building does not have security or concierge service, Shipping Companies typically do not leave the parcel unattended in the lobby, for risk of theft. In this case, they will attempt to deliver again the following business day. Use your discretion when shipping to a building like this if you do not know when you will be available, because ongoing delivery delays may compromise the quality of your products and Valiant cannot be responsible for their replacement
• Valiant's Field Grown cannot be responsible for losses resulting from delays in shipping, and claims must be made directly with the shipping carrier
• Deliveries do not require a signature, and if no one is available to receive the delivery in person, it will be delivered to your porch, left with your concierge, or in a safe place according to the driver’s discretion

Canadian Orders

• All orders within Canada are shipped via Purolator, UPS or Canada Post. 
• The cost of shipping is roughly $15-$30 and we offer flat rate shipping options for larger orders.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships out you will receive a tracking number via email. Once your package is received by either UPS or Purolator, only that company can provide location updates for your parcel. You can check on your parcel's delivery timeframe by looking it up on www.UPS.com or Purolator.com.

After your order has been submitted to the shipping company, any delays are, unfortunately, beyond our control and you will have to contact the shipping company directly to obtain more information regarding your shipment.

Shipping Materials

Our ice packs are non-toxic and can be reused. If you do not need them, please consider donating to a local food bank, shelter or community centre, where accepted.

Most of our products are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs in order to maintain an optimum temperature during delivery. Your products will likely arrive thawed and this should not typically be cause for concern. Being plant-based, our products are not considered hazardous foods and can be frozen and thawed multiple times in their sealed packages without worry or compromising the product. However, please use your judgment in each case in determining your own level of comfort.
