I have been a vegetarian for almost 43 years so I can't say whether the "meats" taste like what they are called but I have tried the sliced salami and I enjoyed the taste. The texture is very nice as well.

Italian Sausage - Hot

I used these for a one-skillet recipe (sausage, shiitake, napa cabbage with soy sauce and rice vinegar). It’s an old favourite recipe and making it with the Valiants chorizo was the closest I’ve come to my memory of this recipe with pork based chorizo back in the day. I will definitely order again!
