Valiant's Field Grown Cooking Instructions
All Valiant's Field Grown products are pre-cooked and can be consumed directly out of the package. Use the directions below to reheat your product perfectly!

If you find the product is too dry, or becomes too chewy/rubbery, it has been overcooked.
All of our meat products should be tender with a lightly chewy mouth-feel.
Sliced Deli Meat (Ham, Roast Beest, Turkey)
- Defrost your Field Grown meat in the fridge.
- Enjoy cold on your favorite sandwich.
- OR: Warm up in a pan on medium temperature for 3 minutes. Flip halfway through.
Pastrami
Pastrami can be enjoyed cold like any of our deli meats or warmed:
- Defrost your Field Grown meat in the fridge. DO NOT OPEN PACKAGING.
- Fill a pot with enough water to submerge the package and bring it to a boil.
- Reduce to a simmer.
- Submerge the package in simmering water and heat for 3-5 minutes.
- Carefully remove—use caution as the package will be hot—and slice open the package.
Rack of Ribz
- Defrost your Field Grown meat in the fridge.
- Oven: Cook in the oven at 350°F for about 15 minutes or until warmed through.
- BBQ: Preheat the BBQ. Heat ribz over indirect heat for 3-5 minutes per side. Apply extra BBQ sauce from the packaging before serving.
Sausages
- Defrost your Field Grown meat in the fridge.
- Oven: Cook in the oven at 350°F for about 15 minutes or until warmed through.
- BBQ: Preheat the BBQ. Heat sausage over indirect heat for 5-7 minutes, turning at least once. Apply your favorite BBQ sauce for extra flavor.
- Pan: Heat your pan on med-high. Heat sausage for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Burger Patties & Churkey Cutlets
- Defrost your Field Grown meat in the fridge.
- Oven: Cook in the oven at 350°F for about 15 minutes or until warmed through.
- BBQ: Preheat the BBQ. Heat patties over indirect heat for 5-7 minutes, turning at least once. Apply your favorite BBQ sauce for extra flavor.
- Pan: Heat your pan on med-high. Heat patties for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
All Roasts
- Defrost your Field Grown meat in the fridge.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place roast in a pan with a little (1/2") gravy, stock, or water. Baste your roast and rotate during cooking for best results.
- Cook for 25-35 minutes or until warmed through.
Bacun 🥓
- Defrost your Field Grown meat in the fridge.
- Heat a pan on med-high.
- Use oil liberally (optional) and place strips of bacun in the pan for 2 minutes.
- Flip and cook on the reverse side for another 2-3 minutes.
- Leave in the pan longer for crispier bacun.
